With 16 locations across multiple states, Valley Hope Association doesn’t take lightly their role in helping patients and families overcome addiction. Their mission, to provide patient-centered, compassionate care to individuals, families and communities impacted by drug and alcohol addiction is one that we felt mirrored our own mission of truly doing great work and showing up as good people along the way. We were challenged during our partnership to develop a comprehensive advertising strategy that focused on conversion. We examined the engagement patterns of audiences in both urban and rural markets. Thus, The Faces of Hope campaign was launched with wide success. We achieved 1,130 percent increase in website referrals, 6,499 New Users on landing pages, 289 completed events, and 40 treatment conversions.
